Yes, we asked him to leave a couple of years ago because he kept picking fights.  Yes, he beggeed repeatedly to come back.  And we could never understand that.  Most people don't like to go where they are decidedly not wanted.  I guess once we stopped answering the emails, he took that as a sign that he could slink back onto the MB using another name.  So clever!  Took us about 3 seconds to figure out who he was.  At first, we were just flummoxed by his reappearance.  Then, the idea of him being on here started to bug us.  I mean, we had asked him to leave, we had refused him re-entry.  He came back anyway. 

Why?

That's not a rhetorical question.  I'd really like to know.  Why would he insist on coming back?  To show that he can?  Is this some kind of power play? WTF does he need to happen before he'll understand?  An anvil to fall on his head?

He keeps asking if we advocate censorship because we don't want him here.  He specifically thinks we censor people we don't like.  Well, yes we do.  Because situations like the one he keeps putting us in are disruptive to the community.  When someone we do not want in our midst forces his way in --- no matter what the posts are about, that's really immaterial at this point --- yes, we will take action.  Shall I say that again?

IF WE ASK YOU TO LEAVE AND YOU INSIST ON POSTING HERE ANYWAY, WE WILL KICK YOU OFF AGAIN.

This is an "affinity" message board; it's not a democracy.  And we don't get paid to do this so there's no such thing as being "professional" about how we handle membership.  We can and will ban anyone at anytime if we feel they are being a nuisance.  And that's what we've done here.  Again.  Maybe it'll actually stick this time?

What actually really creeps me out is that Doug seems to be following my LiveJournal. Where, admittedly, I posted a none too friendly rant that I shouldn't have. It's totally beyond me why he would want to read my entries there. It's mostly White Collar fan fiction and a lot of gushing over Matt Bomer. It's probably the movie reviews I sometimes post there, but still. Do not want. I'm gonna consider friend-locking everything I post there now that's not graphics or fan fiction.
